After The A Program competition, Nami Foundation continues to accompany and cooperate with AIESEC in Leadership Conference 2023. The Leadership Conference, also known as the Young Leadership Conference, is dedicated to accompanying young individuals on their journey to discover their core values and explore their potential in their career development. It achieves this by providing practical industry knowledge and creating opportunities to connect with businesses and talents nationwide. The ultimate goal is to cultivate a generation of sustainable leaders for Vietnam's future.
The conference took place over 5 days, combining both online and offline formats. In addition to the valuable knowledge and necessary skills for life and work, the Leadership Conference provided opportunities for participants to meet and connect with experienced speakers and business representatives such as Fashionista Quỳnh Anh Shyn, MC Đức Bảo, and Content Creator Ngọc Mai.
Throughout the journey, the young attendees received personalized advice, one-on-one job consultations, free CV editing, and practical interview practice with business representatives. They also had the opportunity to pursue international internships through AIESEC.
Through the sharing sessions and discussions, students gained a better understanding of the job market and learned how to seize career opportunities. Understanding one's own interests and career aspirations proved to be beneficial for their future paths.
In addition to valuable gifts received by participating in the program, the teams also received various attractive awards. The total prize value reached 300,000,000 VND, including cash prizes, quality courses, and training opportunities at large enterprises.
