Nami Foundation accompanies the B-LEAD 2023 competition - Ho Chi Minh City Foreign Trade University
Nami Foundation, a pioneer organization in the field of digital assets and technology finance in Vietnam, is the diamond sponsor for the Young Business Leader - B-Lead 2023 contest organized by Foreign Trade University II in Ho Chi Minh City.
B-Lead 2023 marks the first competition in which Nami Foundation participates and sponsors as part of the "Embracing GenZ" program series. This competition focuses on Business Leadership Skills and follows a format that resembles the recruitment process of leading corporations. The contest is organized by the Business & English Club (BEC) in collaboration with the Second Campus Foreign Trade University in Ho Chi Minh City. The competition garnered over 1,000 registered contestants From over 35 different universities such as UEH, UEL, RMIT, NEU, FTU... and attracted 70 guests from prominent enterprises in Vietnam.
In the context of a competitive job market, B-Lead brings forth the theme "Seafarers' Hunt: Leader-Ship" to provide students with opportunities to learn, develop, and gain clear direction for their future careers. Along this journey, leadership skills become the key equipment that helps young individuals succeed in conquering challenges and overcoming any obstacles.
After three thrilling and challenging rounds, the top 8 outstanding contestants entered the final competition on June 18th, 2023, with a total prize of up to 100,000,000 VND. The contestants applied their knowledge and skills to solve problems and provide business solutions.
The participants of B-Lead 2023 not only demonstrated their proficiency in Business English but also showcased critical thinking, teamwork, passion, and a desire to conquer challenges and embrace new opportunities.

Champion: Dao Duy Manh - a student from the K59 course at Foreign Trade University, Campus 2.
First Runner-up: Phan Cao Nguyen - a student from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics.
Second Runner-up: Hoang Ngoc Tram - a student from the K59 course at Foreign Trade University, Campus 2.
Nami Foundation, as the diamond sponsor of the contest, made its presence known during the round 2 of the event. Mr. Giap Van Dai, Founder & CEO of Nami Foundation, and Ms. Pham Lan Huong, Chief Marketing Officer of Nami Foundation, actively participated as members of the jury panel during the second round. They provided support and shared their experiences with the contestants, who were fellow students, drawing from their accumulated years of work experience.
